Welcome to Freedom Internet
Hi,
As you’re aware, your Internet service was previously provided by Spirit Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd (Spirit).
Since 2012 Freedom Internet has been providing Internet services to customers such as yourself. Freedom Internet is solely focused on providing high quality internet and telecommunication services.
We’ve reached an agreement with Spirit to assume all rights and obligations under your contract with Spirit. Your customer contract with Spirit together with your customer record has been assigned to Freedom. There will be no change to your current contract, apart from the transfer of ownership.
Your final billing date with Spirit will be the 30/11/2022. Billing for your service from Freedom Internet will commence from 01/12/2022. You will receive an invoice from our Xero invoicing system. Through the online system you’ll be able to setup convenient Direct Debit payments of your invoice.
No physical changes of equipment will occur, your service will continue operating as it did before. The only action you’re required to take is to make payment when your Freedom Internet invoice arrives and update your contacts for any enquiries. For any accounts paid in advance with Spirit your credit will transfer after a short period, if possible, otherwise you will be contacted regarding this.

Important things to know:
- Your Spirit internet service and contract will transfer to Freedom Internet Australia.
- Your plan fee, plan inclusions, contract term will not change due to the transfer.
- Your billing cycle will change. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the month with a due date of the 15th.
- Payment for your service can be made via the link you receive in your email. Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card and BPAY are available with option to setup recurring payments.
