Will I be using freedom internets website to manage my account online or will they be using spirits?
At this stage any changes can be made by calling our support helpdesk (07 3067. 3676) or emailing (support@freedominternet.org).
Currently previously Spirit Telecom users won't have access to a Freedom Internet portal, but this may change. Invoices will be emailed via Xero on behalf on Freedom Internet Australia.
Billing changes are made by emailing (billing@freedominternet.org).
You can use the old Spirit Website Only to pay invoices due up to 30/11/22. After that you should stop using it and direct all account/billing queries to Freedom Internet.
